Путин даде ултиматум на Renault

Премиерът на Русия Владимир Путин отправи ултиматум към френската фирма Renault SA да финансира обновяване на АвтоВАЗ.

Пред руското правителство Путин заяви, че ако Renault SA не направи нещо за руската фирма, правителството ще намали дела на французите в Lada. Да припомним, че преди около две години Renault закупи 25% от акциите на руската фирма за около 1 милиард долара.

АвтоВАЗ е най-големият руски производител на автомобили и тревогите на премиера Путин не са случайни. Фирмата затъна в невиждана криза. Предстои освобождаването на около 27 600 работници в Толиати след като продажбите на Lada намаляха с 44%. Сега Путин може да се изправи пред масови протести в Толиати, който ще изживее най-голямата вълна от уволнения, случвали се някога в един руски град.

Всъщност АвтоВАЗ има непрекъснато проблеми през последните двайсетина години, като не успява да обнови и модернизира производството си и продажбите им спадат.

След влизането на Renault във фирмата от град Толиати, имаше големи надежди за съживяване и напредък. За съжаление тогава започна и икономическата криза, която и до днес обърква плановете за преструктуриране.
